Claire Young started her career with ten years in HR, giving her additional, valuable insight into the recruitment process. Claire followed this with 12 years in managerial positions with various National companies. Her specialism was recruiting financial and commercial executives before co-founding Absolute Executive Search. She brings decades of experience and a deep understanding of the market to this recruitment agency,
heading up an enthusiastic team.

Kath Blake has over 20 years of recruitment experience working for national recruiters within the Accountancy & Finance sectors and Commercial markets before joining Absolute Executive Search. Kath brings this vast experience and sector knowledge to the Absolute Team.
